International Student Club organises all-inclusive English language courses for students aged 9-17 years at Bloxham School, a historic UK boarding school founded in 1863. The school is located in the picture-perfect village of Bloxham in Oxfordshire, near the famous Cotswolds, Oxford and London.
ISC has run fun, educational English Language courses for 24 years and aims to have the best possible summer school in the best possible location. Bloxham School offers exceptional sports, arts, drama and leisure facilities, 60 acres of beautiful grounds and a variety of characterful and modern boarding houses, all set within a safe campus environment.
Our General English lessons are creative, fun and communicative and we aim to help our students improve in confidence and fluency when using English. Our levels range from Elementary to Advanced and students practise all communication skills and pronunciation, with a focus on spoken production. We also prepare students for the world of work with leadership and teamwork activities.
Students can also take one of our excellent General English+ courses - GE+ 1:1/1:2/Mini-Group Tennis, GE+ Cambridge Exam PET/FCE Preparation and GE+ Academic English. See our website for full details.
We offer a fantastic daily activities programme that includes sports, tennis, swimming, arts and crafts, circus skills, yoga, dance, traditional British games and much more. Evening activities include a murder mystery, team competitions, discos, karaoke and cinema nights.
ISC students go on 3 full-day excursions to Oxford, Royal Windsor and London. Students witness the changing of the guard at Windsor Castle, learn about Oxford University's historic colleges, go sightseeing in London and visit its world-famous museums and attractions. Students can also go on optional trips to the Harry Potter Warner Brothers' Studios, Tower of London, & learn survival skills on our Outdoor Adventure Experience.

From October-April, ISC run immersive junior and adult home tuition courses in beautiful Cardiff, the capital of Wales. Students learn in the comfort of their teacher's home and enjoy personalised lessons, local excursions and 1:1 tuition.
