Description of centre Capital School of English is a family-run language school a stone's throw from Cardiff Castle and the beautiful Bute Park in the vibrant city centre of Cardiff, recently voted the Best UK City for young people to live in, by the Independent. Capital was founded in 2014 and accredited by the British Council in March 2015. The school's management team have more than 40 years combined experience in the industry.
